Have you also come across the video of people catching dogs on campus and panicking?
A video is making rounds on social media about catching dogs on campus. The highlighted reason for this is due to the NAAC team's visit to Panjab University, Chandigarh.
However in reality, the compassion for animal welfare organization in collaboration with MC Chandigarh caught these unoperated dogs for the sterilisation purposes and will be released on the exact same spot after surgery and healing.
This organization is running the animal birth control project in collaboration with MC Chandigarh since July 2021, following the proper schedule and instructions given by MC Chandigarh.
The feeder of the University campus was informed on the 31st morning when the first dog was caught in PU and she is visiting the dogs there on a daily basis. Soon they will be released in the campus.
