Stone attacks at Shatabadi Express, Senior Journalist survives the crossfire

24 June, 2024 marked yet another attack event, this time for the Shatabadi Express, near Ambala where stone pelting was launched by the mobbers. In the successive developments, Chandigarh's senior Journalist Gagandeep Singh who was also travelling survived in the violent series

Fortunately, due to his quick wits, he was bagged by resilience. Stones were being launched constantly near the window seat, which enabled forced breaking. The incident was recorded at 10 in the night. As per reports, this was not the very first devastated experience of passengers. A few days back, stones were kicked off in the train's direction. However, at that time, the attacks were aimed at lower side of vehicle

A post event investigation was ordered by the GRP personnel. Moreover, details regarding previous such pelting was also taken into account. After the first and now the second attack, the officials have turned alert, currently undertaking measures to strike down such violence.
