As mid-Semester exams of Campus students are here but first floor of library, open 24x7 before lockdown, has not re-opened yet. As the administration has waived off all the COVID-19 restrictions, it seems that University authorities are still living in long gone pandemic era.
On the other hand, the crowd in the outer reading hall is continuously increasing, which now is tough to be adjusted in, hence limiting the access of library for students, who are forced to sit on the floor. There is also no update about the re-opening of Guru Teg Bahadur Hall too.
Till now, even no student body has raised this major issue concerning students. Students come to reading room at night and half of their time is wasted in search of chair. Most of the students have to return back because they do not find a seating. Sometimes there is no space even on the floor to sit and study.
PU Pulse urges the authorities to look into this matter as soon as possible!
