Panjab University, Chandigarh yesterday released the final year results. But it came as a shock to most of the B.Com students when they found their reappears in Operational Research Examination.
Around 300 students claimed that the exam was totally out of pattern. They even sent a lot of mails to the examination branch after the exam and demanded some grace marks from the University. But when the result was announced, it seemed that there was no sympathy given by the University over the marking system.
It also came to notice that exams happened offline after 2 years and Pulse also received many complaints from all departments regarding the pattern of examination. But the University didn't take any necessary action for that.
Now the big question is who will be responsible for the career of these students? Many of them have already applied to foreign universities for higher studies and these last semester things can potentially ruin their big dreams. Will the student parties stand with them even though most of them are not their voters now?
PU Pulse urges the authorities to look into this matter at the earliest so that students can feel some sigh of relief.
