Memorandum Game: How much are you satisfied with this fame game?

Panjab University Campus student council elections are just around the corner and the environment is totally heated up these days. But as per previous year some seasonal frogs came out of the pond these days. But how will they get fame? The best thing is to submit a memorandum. But where do they submit? They submit it anywhere as there are a number of departments.

Not even the students from political parties, but also the random ones just to get fame are submitting the memorandums. Even you may also see that different-different people from the same party are submitting memorandums on the same day and some one even submitted the memorandum on Sunday.

But now the question is how much feasible this memorandum game is? Do student issues actually get resolved with these memorandums? Are parties and persons submitting memorandums actually taking the feedback or is it just submitting a memorandum and sending the pictures in the press to get some fame?

How much do you agree with this? Are memorandum are really a fame game or actually they are resolving student issues?
