In a recent turn of events, the seasoned leader of Congress party has decided to resign from all his posts and addressed a 5 page letter to Sonia Gandhi for the same. He suggested that the party has finally reached the point of 'no return with inexperienced sycophants running wild in INC.
As quoted by Mr. Azad "entire process of organisational elections is a sham, with no actual elections taking place at any level within the organisation", he said that only a handful of people are leading the reigns, sidelining the experienced leaders and are as such being coerced by a coterie, running the AICC, all while sitting in 24 Akbar Road.
Ghulam Nabi Azad blatantly puts the blame on Rahul Gandhi for the decay of consultative machinery that existed previously, ever since his rise to the post of vice president of the party in 2013.
