Sidhu Moosewala’s murderer Goldy Brar denies being held up or detained by the US police in a YouTube interview
On December 5, Goldy Brar denied being detained in a YouTube interview, three days after Chief Minister of Punjab Bhagwant Mann announced that Goldy Brar, the assassin of Sidhu Moosewala, was being held in the US. Brar asserted that his gang had fled the US and Canada and that any claims of his detention were untrue.
In an interview with an independent journalist,Ritesh Lakhi, Brar claimed that he was not arrested or detained by the US Police. He resurfaced after his reports of detention in the US.
CM Mann made tall claims about Brar’s arrest and he further claimed to have worked extensively on curbing gangsters in Punjab. Meanwhile, Shiromani Akali Dal leader Bikram Majithia,in a series of tweets called out the CM’s claims and accused him of lying to the public.
