The renowned coaching institute, commonly acronymised as FITJEE, is under banner for cheap advertisements. A user on X shared how FITJEE went inhumane in their depiction of academic popularity.
The user wrote "A new low in advertisements
@fiitjee. You are posting the picture of a child saying that she performed badly because she left your institute! I have blurred the picture because I don't believe in this disgusting way of claiming your superiority by belittling a girl child." This move by Institute was backlashed with hundreds of tweets in the matter. Mental harrassment of a girl child on pretext of increasing engagement in company, according to many, is totally not acceptable. The company is constantly under radar of netizens who poked the conservative ideology of the institution.
Further, the institute had termed parents as betrayers who approached "evil institute" creating backlogs for girl child, leaving her behind many scoring students. They also mentioned her previous score touching decent percentile in JEE Advanced Examination and further blaming other institution to hamper her success. The event came to light with the sharing of brochure where the institute faced backlash by many, teaching them a lesson of how to be ethical.
