Panjab University is all set to have offline exams after 2 years but it seems that as exams are approaching, students are suffering from the basic issues.
After a number of Media Reports and long struggle of student parties, the first floor of AC Joshi library was opened but now, it again closed. Even some students were studying there at evening time and when they returned back after having dinner to go back to their seats they found that the first floor was closed again and they couldn't even take their study material back.
To compensate this, Administration opened the thesis room on ground floor, but that has not as that capacity as the library first floor has.
Also, it is very typical for each student to study in the reading room as it has limited seats and even sometimes students can't find a seat to sit on the floor.
Such scenarios, even when exams are approaching, worries the students and makes them helpless.
PU Pulse urged the authorities to reopen the first floor of the library 24x7 so that students can well prepare for their exams.
