Jatinder Malhotra, the BJP leader from Chandigarh is under fire for deleting a tweet he earlier posted on X, within minutes of posting it.
In his tweet he had posted about the farmer's protest and stated that the "Farmers must know that they don't deserve anything...". He also mentioned the NBS scheme and stated that "the scheme will ensure availability of fertilizers to REAL farmers at subsidized, affordable & reasonable prices."
According to various sources, this tweet didn't sit well with BJP leaders at the top, as they forced Jatinder Malhotra to delete the same. But at the same time BJP authorities are saying that the entire tweet was uploaded by mistake, so it was deleted immediately.
