Arushi Jain, a UGC-JRF Research scholar from the Department of Economics, Panjab University, has been selected to work as a Research Associate at the Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai in-lieu of the Indian G20 Presidency. Only eight youngsters have been selected from all across the country for this opportunity.
The role requires coordination between Government of India, International organisations and other such stakeholders to help organize various high-level G20 meetings along with several side events and seminars in different parts of the country.
The blissful information was shared by her PhD Supervisior, Dr Smita Sharma, Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, Panjab University who seemed especially happy about her achievement.
