Two brothers, Mohd Kamal Ahmad and Mohd Adeeb were found destroying muslim shrines "Mazar" namely, Jalalshah's mazar, Bhureshah's mazar and Qutubshah's mazar in Bijnor,UP on Sunday, a day before Shivratri and were found wearing saffron scarf to mimic Hindu community as if they did it and hence provoke communal violence.
Officials stated that they have been arrested within few hours after they destroyed the third shrine on Monday and are charged for damaging Mazar.
Prashant Kumar, an official stated that the case will be
under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for promoting enmity
amongst two religious groups and disturbing peace of
the state. They assured to take strictest action against
them.
