A shopkeeper gets beheaded by two men in Udaipur over a social media post supporting Nupur Sharma

A Hindu shopkeeper was murdered in broad daylight by two muslim men in Udaipur on Tuesday. The video of the crime has been viral over the social media as the whole incident was captured on camera. The man was supposedly murdered over a post that supported BJP activist Nupur Sharma, who made controversial remarks on Prophet Muhammad.

Kanhaiya Lal, the victim was murdered by two men who cut his neck and later recorded a video in which they admitted the crime and the reason for the same.

Both the culprits have been apprehended by the Police from Bheem area of Rajsamand district on Tuesday.

Following the incident, all the internet facilities have been suspended in Rajasthan and section 144 has been imposed in the state for a month.
