Panjab University Padhn Lai Aayo, Par Lachar Ban Jao!" — SOPU Leader Avtar Singh Slams PU Administration and Council
In a recent video, SOPU leader Avtar Singh strongly criticized the Panjab University administration and PUCSC Council for the ongoing series of fests and events at the Student Centre.
Avtar claimed that DJ parties have been happening non-stop for the past 30-40 days, creating excessive noise that disrupts the university’s academic environment. He emphasized that since the Student Centre is located near the library, the loud music makes it extremely difficult for students to focus, especially during this crucial exam season.
"While the Council has never organized open discussions or educational seminars, they seem to have no issue hosting back-to-back DJ parties," Avtar remarked.
What are your thoughts on this? Are these events enhancing campus life or becoming a serious distraction? Share your views in the comments below!
